Lovely Decor Mother's Day Tablescape
A beautiful all-white Mother's day tablescape
This striking single-color tablescape by Miss Lynn from Lovely Decor is absolutely gorgeous. Paper elements, pretty DIYs and just the right touch of bling makes this stunning setting really pop with that something special.
Even though the entire table is designed in white, it's by no means bland. Actually, I appreciate the interesting color choice and feel it's wonderfully unique. The surrounding furniture and decor elements, as well as the bling, adds a whole lot of depth to the design. I adore the shade of blue of the chairs and pillows used for this tablescape as they can be seen under the glass table too and adds a pop of color to the design.
A minimal centerpiece, like this one, allows for conversation to flow freely between guests. It's not always easy pulling off the minimal look, though, Miss Lynn has done a fantastic job at it. The table looks amazing and eve though there aren't too many elements on the table, it looks complete. Just the way it should be.
Some of my favorite elements on this tablescape are the handmade paper flowers. These feel so gentle and add a feminine touch to the table. The paper gift bags on each place setting embellished with the rhinestone butterfly brooch are also a lovely idea and such a special touch to the individual place settings. Not only does the bling brooch serve as a pretty decoration but as Miss Lynn mentions in her video, it is another gift that mom will simply love.
Miss Lynn has also made use of the flower rhinestone napkin ring for her napkins and embellished her glasses with the antique starburst rhinestone brooch, both of which are gloriously timeless. Combining bling pieces is a great way to add a bit of variety to the table. Items like napkin rings and embellished glasses can be used over and over again if you're someone who likes to host a number of events. I suggest choosing bling pieces that will suit a number of events, like those Miss Lynn has used for her table decor. That way you can re-use your bling pieces and save a little in the process.
