This absolutely gorgeous Z-Gallerie inspired DIY from YouTuber, Hanna’s Daily Life is the perfect tutorial to help you glam up your next event. The perfect addition to wedding centerpieces or event decor, these mirrored candle holders will most certainly be the talk of the table. They’re also great for beautifying your office space and upgrading your personal home decor.
Adding a touch of bling to everything we do, is our motto here at Totally Dazzledand Hanna is helping us do just that.
Hanna starts the DIY off by creating a foam panel (using two mirrors placed together) that will later be used as padding for the candle holder. She created 4 of these panels and takes you step by step on how to do so in her tutorial.
For ease of use, Hanna has used a combination of E-6000 glue as well as a hot glue gun to stick the mirrors together as well as glue them to the foam board. As she mentions in her video, the E0600 takes 24-48 hours to completely cure, so using the hot glue, allows her better hold while the E-600 is curing.
Hanna then goes on to arrange her acrylic gems on the mirror itself as decoration. You can arrange them in any way you like. She also made use of a strip of Totally Dazzled’s bling wrap in silver to adorn her mirrors. For this project, she used it to cover the seam line where the two mirrors join to create a neat look.
After decorating her mirror panels, she glued the four panels together and added strips of bling wrap where all the seams meet for a beautifully finished look.
Hanna glammed up her black geometric shaped candle holders in a similar style by adding strips of the bling wrap to the edges which give it a gorgeous sparkle. She also used our circle diamante flat back for that extra glam touch.
These beautiful bling candle holders are definitely a favorite of ours here at Totally Dazzled and I can’t wait to try my own hand at making them. There are so many different ways that you can make this project your own, whether you are going for the same silver and black look that Hanna opted for or a modern rose gold and white with the addition of mirrors, you'll be able to find the right bling for your tastes on our website.
