We’re so excited to be featuring the work of one of our favorite YouTubers on the blog today. Beverly Porter from the Beverly's Design Time YouTube channel has created an absolute beauty of a Candelabra using silver, grey, and white with glass details as a color palette. It’s all glam with a lot of sparkles just the way we like it.
As many of you know, creating a DIY that looks balanced and well-designed is actually a bit of an art and it can be tricky to get a seamless design going without looking too rigid. Beverly hit the mark with this beautiful bling candelabra and shows us just how it’s done and making it look so easy in the process.
We’ve taken a look at some of Beverly’s other creations too and they’re all as gorgeous as this one, each one is packed with sparkle sufficient enough to satisfy your eyes. Beverly’s eye for detail is amazing and her color combinations work incredibly well across the board.
Set on a grey table, she’s made use of transparent glass elements throughout the design to enhance the sparkle and it looks beautiful when the dining room light is on, adding a whole lot of warmth to the setting. And that’s what really got us hooked – the warmth of this table setting. Grey, white, and silver often tend to lean towards a cooler color palette but Beverly’s choice of grey was perfect and added just the right amount of friendliness to the table.
Picture perfect, this candelabra would be a stunning way to set the scene at a bling or glitter-themed wedding tablescape. Adding hints of color would also look great and would help to adapt this idea to your theme. I can’t stop gushing over Beverly’s choice of color, though. I honestly feel Beverly did a fantastic job of putting this DIY together.
Towards the end of this video, Beverly shared a close-up look of the details of the candelabra. I love how the Diamante Snow Flake Flat Back adds charm to the corners of the candle holder. Added with a bit of rose centerpiece, the rhinestones were truly sparkling its beauty.
