I'm very excited to share another absolutely gorgeous tablescape with you all today. This striking black, red, white and gold Valentine’s Day tablescape was designed by Adaeze and is both bold and beautiful. I thought that it would also be perfect for a black and red themed wedding with its stunning details and elegant touches.
I'm always on the lookout for tablescapes that don’t break the bank and still look as if they belong on the front cover of high-end décor and design magazines. Adaeze has managed to put together just such a tablescape. The table centerpiece was beautifully layered with dollar store vases, handmade DIYs that anyone can make and budget bling pieces.
I'm always excited to see how our customers use the totally dazzled products to add sparkle to their projects and their lives. A selection of 3 well-paired gold bling pieces really helped bring a whole lot of glamour to this tablescape.
The DIY vase stand, which was handcrafted with paper mache and painted a matte black was also beautifully decorated with gold diamante snowflake flat backs and the entire project has a professional finish that gives it that store-bought feel. However, it’s the place settings that stole the show for me. I absolutely love the pairing of the bright red napkin and the gold antique starburst napkin ring. The pretty bow fold is a lovely touch to the intimate place settings that Adaeze created. This elegant touch adds just the right amount of extravagance to the individual place setting and it sets the tone for the rest of the table.
The beautiful menu designs were also a highlight for us. Each one was given a stunning bling detail in red and gold to add a special touch to the minimal white and black menu. Adaeze made use of the golden double circle buckle for this element of the table setting.
Adaeze has made a thorough video taking you through her tablescape and her thoughts while putting this project together. She also mentions where each item was bought, should you wish to replicate the tablescape or create your own DIY wedding décor.
It’s well known that red and black pair very well together but it can be very tricky getting the balance just right. Adaeze has made it look very easy and has created a table that isn’t overpowered by the black in the design, looks romantic and is very welcoming. Her use of gold detailing throughout the tablescape was wonderful and it added just the right amount of glamor and sophistication to the table.
I’d also like to point out the beautiful vases. Using fabric to line the inside of the vase, Adaeze housed her floral arrangements in style. There are a number of ways to decorate vases for a tablescape like this and they’re all lovely but it was wonderful to see a new take on vase decorations.
Adaeze has made a number of stunning DIY videos wich you can find on her Youtube Channel. If you’d like to get in touch with her you can find her on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and her website.
